Testmanager - XRay/E2E/SAP

• Definition and maintenance of the test strategy for the entire project
• Creation of the project test concept including roles, responsibilities and test environments
• Planning of the test phases (system test, integration test, E2E test, acceptance test)
• Risk-based testing and prioritization of testing activities
• Coordination & Control
• Program-wide coordination of testing activities across DEV OPS teams, departments and suppliers
• Coordination with the SAP team and other system administrators to ensure integration
• Resource planning (internal testers, external partners, business testers)
• Control of Defect Management and Escalations
• Analyse & Design
• Creation of E2E test cases and validation of business scenarios with business stakeholders
• Definition of test data management concepts and test environment requirements
• Supporting the specialist departments in the acceptance test specification

• Support during test execution and ensuring test coverage
• Monitoring of quality metrics (error rates, coverage levels, stability)
• Organization and management of defect triage meetings
• Preparation of test completion reports and recommendations for acceptance

Do you have experience in Test automation?, Our client is looking for an experienced test manager, preferably with prior experience working for a government agency and comfortable in an agile environment with XRay or Zephyr. (Reference number 924626RF)., * Solid experience as a test manager in complex programs/projects

• Expertise in E2E test management with a focus on SAP integration is advantageous
• Knowledge of common testing standards (ISTQB, TMap)
• Experience in acceptance testing with business stakeholders
• Confident handling of test strategies for heterogeneous system landscapes
• Experience in test automation and CI/CD
• Test management tools: Confluence, Jira with Zephyr/Xray
• SAP test environments & tools: SAP Solution Manager, Tricentis Tosca (advantageous)
• Experience in interface and system integration testing (SAP, API, middleware, legacy systems)
• Knowledge of test data management and complex test environments
• 3 years of experience in all aspects of software testing, manual testing based on user stories and acceptance criteria in an agile team, as well as test documentation and defect management in Jira and Confluence.
• 3 years of experience in testing/test management of applications in a scaled agile environment.
• 3 years of experience in test management, including creating test strategies, test concepts, test reports, test data management, test documentation, and defect management in an agile environment.
• 3 years of experience in the design and application of end-to-end test automation (across multiple Scrum teams) in a SAFe environment and its integration into CI/CDs.
• 3 years of experience in coordinating end-to-end tests (Scrum team) and communicating test activities (written and verbal) to senior management and customers.
• German as the project language (native speaker level).
