Cloud DevOps Database Engineer - Azure PostgreSQL

Project : For a long-term cloud database project, we are seeking an experienced Database DevOps Engineer specializing in PostgreSQL and Microsoft Azure. In this role, you will be responsible for building, developing, and operating a modern, scalable database platform in the Azure cloud. The focus will be on automation, stability, and security of the platform. You will work in an agile environment and actively contribute to the continuous improvement and expansion of the platform., * Design, implementation and automation of database platforms with proven experience, especially Azure PostgreSQL Flexible Server

• Further development and operation of the PostgreSQL database infrastructure
• Analysis, support and consulting for application teams in the PostgreSQL environment
• Implementation of Azure cloud infrastructure requirements within a SAFe ART
• Hardening and optimization of the components used according to best practices

Do you have experience in Scrum?, * Completed vocational training or university studies in computer science or a comparable qualification

• Several years of practical experience in the design, implementation and automation of database platforms, especially with PostgreSQL
• Experience with public cloud, preferably Azure, ideally in the financial sector
• Quick comprehension, analytical and conceptual thinking
• High quality awareness, structured and precise working methods
• Team orientation, customer focus and good communication skills
• Experience with agile methods (Scrum, SAFe)
