Job description
We are looking for a Senior SAP Customer Service (CS) Consultant to join a leading home appliance manufacturer. You will play a key role in designing, configuring, and supporting the SAP CS module, ensuring seamless after-sales service processes and customer service management. This role also involves integrating systems through APIs to deliver a smooth and efficient customer experience., * Lead the design, configuration, and functional support of SAP CS.
- Ensure correct implementation of after-sales and customer service processes.
- Align solutions with business needs and integrate systems via APIs.
- Provide functional support and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure smooth delivery.
- Support testing, training, and post-go-live activities.
