Artificial Intelligence Engineer

• Define the AI-driven way of working for technology teams across the bank.
• Support development squads in implementing cognitive agents and transitioning from traditional architectures to multi-agent architectures.
• Advise teams on day-to-day challenges related to agent integration, orchestration, and AI-driven workflows.
• Drive adoption of AI in PPT (People, Process, Technology) transformation initiatives across banking functions.
• Define AI-based solution patterns, frameworks, and reusable components.
• Contribute to defining new AI-centric roles and responsibilities within squads.

We are seeking a senior technical professional with deep expertise in AI-driven engineering to define, transform, and establish new ways of working with AI across the Banking technology landscape. This emerging role blends advanced AI engineering with a transversal, tech-lead-style function supporting multiple development teams., * 10+ years as a Senior Full-Stack Developer , with hands-on engineering excellence.

• 1-2 years of recent experience with cognitive agents and LLM-based systems.
• Strong understanding of multi-agent architectures , including:
• MCP (Model Context Protocol)
• A2A (Agent-to-Agent) connectors
• Multi-agent workflows, orchestration, and interoperability
• Experience with cloud platforms -AWS and/or Azure.
• Practical experience with native AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Devin, Rovo, or equivalent AI developer agents.
• Strong engineering foundation with a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related fields .
• Analytical and solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive, collaborative approach, able to influence and support cross-functional teams.
