Your mission As an IT Technician, your mission will be to ensure that all systems, devices, and networks function smoothly so that every department can work efficiently. What will set you up for success * Education: Degree or vocational training in IT Systems, Networks, or a related technical field. * Experience: Up to 3 years in technical support or IT operations, ideally in a corporate or scientific environment. * Technical skills: Basic knowledge of Windows environments, TCP/IP networking, and tools such as DHCP, DNS, or Active Directory. * Tools: Familiarity with ticketing systems, remote management tools, and basic troubleshooting of network devices. * Mindset: Proactive, service-oriented, and eager to learn in a multidisciplinary environment. * Languages: English level B1-B2 and Spanish fluency to communicate effectively with colleagues and external partners.
