coffee, and an energizing workspace. As an IT Technician, your mission will be to ensure that all systems, devices, and networks function smoothly so that every department can work efficiently. You'll provide first-line support to users, assist with system maintenance, and contribute to keeping SATLANTIS' technological environment secure and reliable. Providing technical support to users and resolving incidents related to hardware, software, and network connectivity. Assisting in the configuration and maintenance of workstations, printers, and other IT equipment. Supporting account and permission management in Windows Active Directory. Monitoring and reporting basic network and system performance issues. Supporting data backups and system updates under senior supervision. Degree or vocational training in IT Systems, Networks, or a related technical field. Experience: Up to 3 years in technical support or IT operations, ideally in a corporate or scientific environment. Basic knowledge of Windows environments, TCP/IP networking, and tools such as DHCP, DNS, or Active Directory. Tools: Familiarity with ticketing systems, remote management tools, and basic troubleshooting of network devices. English level B1-B2 and Spanish fluency to communicate effectively with colleagues and external partners. Basic understanding of Fortigate firewalls, D-Link/FortiAP WiFi, or HP Aruba switches. Familiarity with system monitoring tools (Zabbix, Nagios) or scripting languages (Bash, PowerShell). Awareness of cybersecurity best practices and safe IT usage. Interest in growing toward a more specialized IT or systems role in the future.
