Proven experience supporting AWS-based data platforms (ideally in telecom or large-scale data environments).
Good understanding of data pipeline concepts: ingestion, parsing, enrichment, aggregation, schema management, error handling, and reprocessing.
Prior experience and knowledge of AWS services like Lambda, EC2, S3, Glue, MSK, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, SQS, SNS, Step functions, etc.
Decent understanding of networking concepts on AWS (VPC, DNS, route tables, security groups. NAT, endpoints, ACLs etc.)
An appreciation of the glue catalogue, use of Athena, and basic knowledge of RDS and Redshift.
Understanding of how IAM roles and policies work.
Strong troubleshooting, incident management, and root cause analysis skills.
Excellent communication and documentation abilities., * L3 Support: 3 years (required)
