SAP IT Expert

We are proudly recruiting on behalf of our friends in Wrexham for an exceptionally competent SAP/IT professional to join their team., * Troubleshoot and resolve SAP/system issues efficiently

• Undertake technical development and support requests involving coding or system modifications
• Deliver system enhancements, updates, and continuous improvements
• Monitor and manage antivirus, Cisco, and VPN systems
• Configure and maintain software and hardware; diagnose and troubleshoot issues; repair/replace PC and network components
• Manage IT-related contracts (e.g., phone lines, mobile devices, equipment, and supplies)
• Assist with organising and coordinating annual stock-taking, including administration and data entry
• Respond to general enquiries and miscellaneous support requests within the IT function

Do you have experience in VPN?, This role requires a highly skilled individual with strong technical expertise in SAP ERP systems and the ability to support, develop, and enhance business-critical environments., * Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP Business Systems, including ABAP (Advanced Business Application Programming)

• Expertise across core SAP modules: SD, MM, PP, CO, and FI
• Experience in IT Project Management

Key Experience & Skills

• Minimum 2 years' experience supporting SAP ERP Business Systems (1st/2nd line technical support)
• Strong Reporting & Analytics capability
• Proven ability to design and deliver complex, environment-specific SAP solutions
• Understanding of ABAP integration with BW processes, including data transformations and extractor enhancements
• Broad functional exposure to ECC core SAP modules
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Ability to create SAP training materials and provide tailored support to a diverse user base, * SAP Certification
• GDPR/DPO Certification
