• Write quality, maintainable, and scalable code while continuing the development of our software application, leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and maintain code quality standards.
• Create robust integrations tailored to different eCommerce stores and ERP systems, utilizing various APIs and exploring AI to streamline integration processes.
• Play a vital role in maintaining and managing the current codebase, which may involve code refactoring and optimization efforts to enhance system performance and reliability, potentially using automated AI code review processes.
• Collaborate with the team to refine and prioritize new GitHub issues, ensuring alignment with project goals and integration into upcoming sprints.
• Actively participate in the exploration and implementation of advanced AI development tools, from AI agents that edit codebases to command-line AI workflows, helping the team unlock AI's full potential.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, supporting their growth and sharing knowledge about AI-assisted development techniques.
• Address technical questions and issues promptly and effectively.

• You have solid experience in writing quality, maintainable, and scalable code.
• You possess practical experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) and a deep understanding of their limits and opportunities, transcending basic code completion.
• You have demonstrated the ability to leverage AI tools creatively while maintaining code quality and making sound technical decisions in collaboration with AI.
• You have knowledge of message queue systems and API integration techniques.
• You possess excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• You have proven experience as a PHP developer with a strong focus on the Laravel framework (or any other mature full-stack framework like Symphony, Ruby on Rails, Next.js, Django, LiveView, etc.).
• You have full proficiency in PHP and related technologies (MySQL, Linux CLI, Apache, Nginx, or Caddy, etc.).
• You're familiar with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3 (and CSS frameworks like Tailwind, Bootstrap, etc.), and JavaScript (and any JS frameworks).
• You have experience with version control systems (preferably Git), and tools like Docker and Docker Compose.
