Head of Data Strategy and Architecture

Head of Data Strategy and Architecture is required to lead the end-to-end data agenda for a major ERP transformation and global reporting initiative.

You will be responsible for:

• Acting as the hands-on Enterprise Data Architect, providing expert technical leadership across data platforms and integrations.
• Owning and defining the end-to-end data strategy for an ERP transformation from Business Central to Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Developing and delivering a global BI and reporting strategy that meets business, functional, and operational needs.
• Establishing and embedding a robust data governance framework, covering standards, quality, ownership, and controls.
• Defining an integrated BI support and ticketing strategy, ensuring effective incident management and resolution processes.
• Working closely with business and technical teams to ensure alignment, quality, and delivery of data solutions.

• A hands-on Enterprise Data Architect with the ability to define, own, and execute a data strategy supporting the transition from Business Central to Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Proven experience leading data strategy within large-scale ERP transformations.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including strong experience with Databricks.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement global BI and reporting strategies.
• Experience defining and operationalising data governance frameworks.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
