Job description

We're looking at hiring an Art Director to join our growing team. This role is the lead graphic designer of the studio working seamlessly with Senior and Junior Designers, as well as supporting Associate Creative Directors on delivering outstandingly inspiring work. What we're looking for:

Someone looking to play a key role in shaping and growing a young company with big plans. Is in their element leading project teams; able to command a room with the way you sell ideas, and a fantastic orator. Someone who proactively looks for answers and solutions without being told what to do.

This role is all about visual taste - everything you do and present should look and feel stylish and contemporary with every project you present.

A generalist is great for this role - showcasing a broad knowledge and understanding of digital design, concepting / directing shoots & social campaigns, as well as art directing on screen motion graphics for broadcast is also favourable as well, as you will be the lead designer across multiple outputs for our growing content & broadcast team.

This role is not only working on live experiential marketing projects, but also leading the company's brand identity as it evolves and develops with the agency.

Requirements

You should be very comfortable managing multiple workflows in tandem, and demonstrate excellent ability to work with a team across project management and production. This will not only be managing projects, but hands on in delivery, helping set the visual tone for new projects that come in.

You should have at least 9+ years' experience in a creative agency, fashion, art or similar industry role. As well as this, proof of branding across physical spaces in your portfolio is also a greatly favourable.

Exceptional taste and style - from mood boards to deck design and styling. Everything you do looks amazing.

Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, AI tools, Keynote and Google Slides essential for the role, and knowledge of motion graphics software is a plus.

We're looking for someone who lives and breaths creator culture, entertainment, technology and fashion, being consistently in-the-know of emerging trends, and brand collaborations.
