Software Engineer - Supply Chain Engineering | Holland & Barrett
Join Holland & Barrett's Supply Chain team and play a vital role in delivering technology that ensures the right products reach the right place at the right time. From robotics in our warehouses to seamless logistics integration, you'll build innovative solutions powering one of Europe's leading health and wellness retailers., Location: This is a hybrid role based in UK , with the requirement to be in the office at least one day per week.
- Collaborate in an agile team with frontend and backend engineers, product managers, and engineering leadership.
- Shape and deliver a roadmap that drives the growth and transformation of a 150-year-old beloved brand.
- Work with product, design, and data teams to build impactful software in a high-ownership environment.
- Drive and measure success through clear team metrics and proactive problem solving.

Requirements
Do you have experience in Test-driven development?, * Strong software development skills in Java, Kotlin, or similar, with frameworks like Spring Boot, WebFlux, or Project Reactor.
- Practical knowledge of Apache Kafka, modern databases (Postgres, DynamoDB), and AWS cloud services.
- Skilled in Git, Maven, Docker, and modern CI/CD pipelines like GitLab.
- Experienced in architecting distributed systems and APIs with a TDD mindset.
- STEM degree or equivalent professional experience demonstrating technical excellence.
