Job description
· Be the first point of contact for IT support in schools
· Help install, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware and software
· Provide friendly, helpful support - both remotely and in person
· Work with a wide range of technologies, from laptops and tablets to cloud systems and AV equipment
· Collaborate with school staff, our internal team, and external partners

Requirements
Do you have a valid Driving Licence license?, Do you have experience in Microsoft Windows Server?, · Supportive team culture - work alongside experienced engineers who are passionate about sharing knowledge
· Make a difference - your work directly supports schools and enhances learning for students
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
· A strong interest in IT and a desire to learn and grow
· Basic knowledge of Windows, iOS, Google devices, MS365, or networking (we'll help you build on this!)
· Great communication and customer service skills
· A proactive, organised approach to work
· A team player who's also confident working independently
· A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle with business insurance
