Job description

  • Manage and maintain document control systems, ensuring all project documents are organised, accurate, and compliant
  • Upload, track, and distribute drawings, RFIs, submittals, and other project documentation usingProcore
  • Coordinate workflows and ensure documentation is reviewed, updated, and approved in a timely manner
  • Support project teams across the office, site, and remote locations
  • Prepare and issue document transmittals, reports, and registers
  • Ensure version control and maintain clear audit trails
  • Assist with meeting administration, including minutes and distribution of key project information
  • Provide general administrative support to the wider project team as needed

Requirements

Do you have experience in Organizational skills?, Our client is seeking an organised and detail-driven Document Controller to join their team on an ongoing contract basis. In this role, you will manage project documentation across multiple luxury residential developments sites, ensuring information is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible to project teams. You'll work closely with site teams, project managers, and senior leadership to maintain robust document control processes and support smooth project delivery.

Previous experience with Procore Construction Management Software is essential.

This position offers flexible hybrid working between the office, site, and home, depending on project needs. During initial training and induction period you must be able to attend the office full time., * Proven experience in document control within the construction sector

  • Strong working knowledge of Procore (essential)
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work proactively across different locations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively with site and office teams
