Job description
- Betrieb, Konfiguration und Optimierung von Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive
- Beratung und Support für Fachbereiche zur optimalen Nutzung von Collaboration-Tools
- Erstellung und Pflege von Governance-, Compliance- und Security-Konzepten für M365-Collaboration
- Unterstützung bei Rollouts, Migrationen und Projekten
- Überwachung von Kapazität, Performance und Verfügbarkeit
- Dokumentation, Wissensaufbau und kontinuierliche Verbesserung
Requirements
- Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder gleichwertige Erfahrung
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online
- Erfahrung mit Microsoft 365 Groups, Power Platform (Power Automate/Apps) von Vorteil
- Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Kreativität und Gestaltungsgeschick bei Collaboration-Lösungen
- Freude an Beratung, Training und Change-Begleitung
- Fliessend Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
