IT Manager Infrastructure

• Operate and further develop our server and network infrastructure (on-premise & hybrid cloud)
• Administration and monitor Proxmox, Microsoft Hyper-V, Windows and Linux servers
• Administration Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Endpoint Central
• Participate in security, network, and cloud projects
• Support and optimize our firewall environments (Securepoint, OpnSense) Implement security policies and introduce best practices for network, firewall, WAF, TLS, and Vault
• Collaborate in 2nd and 3rd level support for infrastructure topics
• Create technical documentation and support process automation
• Manage backup, cleanup, and decommissioning processes, and administer internal and external certificates
• Work with development teams to optimize monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerting to ensure system transparency and performance
• Support the administration of databases (MS SQL, MongoDB, MySQL/MariaDB, PostgreSQL, Redis)

Do you have experience in Virtualization?, * Completed education or degree in IT, computer science, or a related field

• Several years of professional experience in IT infrastructure, network administration, and cloud environments
• Strong knowledge of virtualization (Proxmox, Hyper-V), Windows/Linux servers, and directory services (Active Directory, Entra ID)
• Experience with firewall solutions (Securepoint, OpnSense), network components (Cisco, Aruba, Unifi), and security best practices
• Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools, as well as process automation
• Knowledge of database administration (MS SQL, MongoDB, MySQL/MariaDB, PostgreSQL, Redis) is a plus
• Team player with strong communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
