Job description
As a Senior Fullstack Developer, you'll lead the design and delivery of complex solutions for our global platform. You will lead the design and implementation of complex, scalable solutions, translating high-level objectives into well-defined tasks. Your technical leadership and strategic perspective will directly influence product decisions, engineering practices, and overall business success.
What You'll Do
- Lead the design and implementation of complex, scalable solutions across backend and frontend.
- Build and maintain robust backend services with NestJS, optimizing PostgreSQL for high-volume data processing.
- Develop dynamic, responsive UIs using React, TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks.
- Design and consume RESTful APIs for seamless integrations with partners and providers.
- Monitor, optimize, and ensure system performance and reliability using caching, automated testing, and clean architecture.
- Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of quality, learning, and constructive conflict resolution.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver high-impact fullstack solutions.
- Apply business-focused thinking and data-driven decision-making to align technology efforts with company goals.
Requirements
- 6+ years of fullstack development experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and frontend frameworks (React preferred).
- Expert in system design, scalable and secure infrastructure.
- Strong experience with NestJS (backend) and React (frontend).
- Solid understanding of PostgreSQL and database optimization for performance.
- Proficient in building and consuming REST APIs.
- Familiarity with asynchronous processing and message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka).
- Excellent strategic communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and business-savvy, with decisions supported by data when applicable.
