Enterprise Architect (OECD/IUCLID/Food Systems)

• Design business architecture models that reflect strategic objectives.
• Align projects and programs with business strategy and organisational priorities.
• Identify and recommend cost-saving and optimisation measures.
• Evaluate systems for architectural gaps, risks, and vulnerabilities.
• Conduct research and propose improvements for operational excellence.
• Provide expert guidance on business architecture and systems processes.
• Contribute to the enterprise vision and long-term planning.

We are looking for a Senior Expert with strong knowledge of OECD Templates, IUCLID, Food Systems, and enterprise architecture in large-scale environments who will join a European Institution., * 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture within large-scale organisations, including leadership of distributed teams.

• Experience contributing to strategy definition under a CIO or equivalent.
• Strong expertise in OECD Harmonised Templates and migration between template versions.
• Deep knowledge of the IUCLID product, including plugin development and IUCLID-based submission systems.
• Knowledge of Food Systems.
• Technical expertise in Java and single-page applications.
• Experience with CQRS and Event Sourcing patterns using distributed systems such as Kafka.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools: Jenkins, Azure Pipelines, GitHub Actions.
• Experience working in Agile environments with Confluence and Jira.
• Excellent communication, leadership, facilitation, modelling, analysis, and stakeholder-management skills.
• TOGAF certification is considered an asset.
• EU citizenship is required for security clearance.
