If you have a minimum of 1 year of experience working on an IT helpdesk, supporting Microsoft Windows 11, and possess a solid foundation in associated IT services, we want to hear from you!, Provide prompt and professional responses to customer IT incidents, assisting with technical support and issue resolution

Assist with customer service requests, including hardware and software setup, configuration, and troubleshooting

Follow documented procedures and maintain consistent standards to ensure quality and service level agreements are met

Collaborate with team members, escalating complex issues when necessary

Document customer interactions and solutions accurately in our ticketing system

Demonstrate excellent customer service skills, striving for positive customer experiences throughout the support process
Requirements
Do you have experience in IT service management?, Do you have a GCSE?, Minimum of 1 year of experience working on an IT helpdesk, supporting Microsoft Windows 10

Familiarity with Windows 10, Microsoft Active Directory, Office 365, Azure Active Directory, and Microsoft Office

Customer service mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional support experiences

Strong problem-solving abilities and the aptitude to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently

Basic understanding of associated IT services, such as server environments and Microsoft Cloud services

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
