Our reputable IT service and support company, catering to a diverse range of SME businesses, is seeking a 1st Line IT Support Technician to join our dedicated team. If you have a minimum of 1 year of experience working on an IT helpdesk, supporting Microsoft Windows 11, and possess a solid foundation in associated IT services, we want to hear from you!, Provide prompt and professional responses to customer IT incidents, assisting with technical support and issue resolution

  • Assist with customer service requests, including hardware and software setup, configuration, and troubleshooting

  • Follow documented procedures and maintain consistent standards to ensure quality and service level agreements are met

  • Collaborate with team members, escalating complex issues when necessary

  • Document customer interactions and solutions accurately in our ticketing system

  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills, striving for positive customer experiences throughout the support process

Requirements

Do you have experience in IT service management?, Do you have a GCSE?, Minimum of 1 year of experience working on an IT helpdesk, supporting Microsoft Windows 10

  • Familiarity with Windows 10, Microsoft Active Directory, Office 365, Azure Active Directory, and Microsoft Office

  • Customer service mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional support experiences

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the aptitude to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently

  • Basic understanding of associated IT services, such as server environments and Microsoft Cloud services

  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
