Print Support Technician (Full-Time)

The successful candidate will provide technical assistance across a small set of hardware and software platforms, primarily via remote access. Occasional on-site visits may be required to support new installations.

Duties

• Support a small set of software applications.
• Assist with installing and maintaining software and printers.
• Help customers to make colour profiles for printing.
• Produce printed samples.
• Perform routine software upgrades on customer installations via remote access.

Do you have experience in macOS?, Our customers include printers, designers and packaging companies. Knowledge of this industry is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided. This role suits someone enthusiastic and keen to learn new skills., * Good understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems.

• Familiarity with hardware such as computer peripherals and network printers.
• Knowledge of Adobe software, pre-press and print would be very helpful.
• Good communication skills.
• Competence with Microsoft Office.

This is a permanent role. You must have the right to work in the UK for the duration of employment. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship.
