Job description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our growing team. This is a full-time, permanent remote opportunity within the UK. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with data manipulation and visualization, and the ability to translate complex datasets into meaningful insights to support decision-making., * Collect, clean, and transform large datasets from multiple sources.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, visualizations, and reports for internal stakeholders.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Support business units with data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Build and optimize SQL queries and data pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver actionable analytics.
- Ensure data integrity, quality, and consistency across systems.
- Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Tableau?, * Strong proficiency in SQL (querying, joins, data manipulation).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Proven ability in data cleaning, analysis, and reporting.
- High proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, modeling).
- Experience with Python or R for data analysis (preferred for mid/senior profiles).
- Understanding of relational databases and data warehouse concepts.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data insights clearly.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Working knowledge of ETL/ELT processes.
- Basic statistical modeling or machine learning concepts.
- Experience in BI or reporting automation.
- Domain experience in finance, retail, healthcare, or technology.
