Job description

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our growing data team. This role is suitable for both entry-level candidates with strong analytical foundations and experienced analysts. You will be responsible for analysing data, generating insights, and supporting data-driven decision-making across the organisation., * Collect, clean, and analyse datasets from multiple sources.

Develop dashboards, reports, and visualisations to present insights clearly.
Work with stakeholders to understand business questions and translate them into analytical tasks.
Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities in data to support strategic decisions.
Build and maintain data models, KPIs, and performance tracking metrics.
Present findings through written summaries, presentations, or visual formats.
Support data quality improvements and governance initiatives.
Contribute to automation workflows to streamline reporting processes.
Stay informed about data analytics tools, methods, and best practices.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Tableau?, * 0-12 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or related roles.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in data tools such as Excel, SQL, and at least one BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
Ability to work with large datasets and perform data cleaning and transformation.
Understanding of data visualisation principles and storytelling with data.
Good communication skills with the ability to explain insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Experience with Python or R for data analysis.
Familiarity with cloud data services (Azure, AWS, GCP).
Knowledge of statistical analysis and predictive modelling.
Experience with ETL processes or data pipelines.
Understanding of data governance and data quality frameworks
Must have right to work in the UK (no sponsorship provided).
