Job description
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our growing data team. This role is suitable for both entry-level candidates with strong analytical foundations and experienced analysts. You will be responsible for analysing data, generating insights, and supporting data-driven decision-making across the organisation., * Collect, clean, and analyse datasets from multiple sources.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and visualisations to present insights clearly.
- Work with stakeholders to understand business questions and translate them into analytical tasks.
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities in data to support strategic decisions.
- Build and maintain data models, KPIs, and performance tracking metrics.
- Present findings through written summaries, presentations, or visual formats.
- Support data quality improvements and governance initiatives.
- Contribute to automation workflows to streamline reporting processes.
- Stay informed about data analytics tools, methods, and best practices.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Tableau?, * 0-12 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or related roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data tools such as Excel, SQL, and at least one BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
- Ability to work with large datasets and perform data cleaning and transformation.
- Understanding of data visualisation principles and storytelling with data.
- Good communication skills with the ability to explain insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Experience with Python or R for data analysis.
- Familiarity with cloud data services (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and predictive modelling.
- Experience with ETL processes or data pipelines.
- Understanding of data governance and data quality frameworks
- Must have right to work in the UK (no sponsorship provided).
