Job description

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our growing data team. This role is suitable for both entry-level candidates with strong analytical foundations and experienced analysts. You will be responsible for analysing data, generating insights, and supporting data-driven decision-making across the organisation., * Collect, clean, and analyse datasets from multiple sources.

  • Develop dashboards, reports, and visualisations to present insights clearly.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand business questions and translate them into analytical tasks.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities in data to support strategic decisions.
  • Build and maintain data models, KPIs, and performance tracking metrics.
  • Present findings through written summaries, presentations, or visual formats.
  • Support data quality improvements and governance initiatives.
  • Contribute to automation workflows to streamline reporting processes.
  • Stay informed about data analytics tools, methods, and best practices.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Tableau?, * 0-12 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or related roles.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data tools such as Excel, SQL, and at least one BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
  • Ability to work with large datasets and perform data cleaning and transformation.
  • Understanding of data visualisation principles and storytelling with data.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to explain insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Experience with Python or R for data analysis.
  • Familiarity with cloud data services (Azure, AWS, GCP).
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis and predictive modelling.
  • Experience with ETL processes or data pipelines.
  • Understanding of data governance and data quality frameworks
  • Must have right to work in the UK (no sponsorship provided).

Pay: £25,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
