Job description

Join a high-impact engineering team shaping internal development at scale. As a Senior Software Developer, you'll build automation, tooling, and full-stack systems that streamline engineering workflows across the business. You'll mentor junior developers and influence architectural decisions while working with a variety of modern languages, including Golang, Python, TypeScript, React, or other senior-level languages such as C++, Java, or C#.

What You'll Do

  • Build, enhance, and maintain applications and automation solutions.
  • Mentor junior developers and guide technical best practices.
  • Deliver clean, maintainable code across backend, frontend, and automation tooling.
  • Oversee projects end-to-end-from conception to deployment and support.
  • Identify opportunities to improve technology, processes, and developer experience.

Requirements

  • Proven experience building scalable, low-latency, highly available systems.
  • Senior-level software development experience, with mentoring and architectural expertise.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, TypeScript, C++, Java, C#, or similar.
  • Understanding of Infrastructure as Code, networking, security fundamentals, and cloud services.
  • Experience with high-volume transaction environments and Linux-based systems.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
