The Lead will provide strategic and hands-on guidance, ensuring our team can deliver high-quality solutions while addressing technical debt and setting a solid foundation for growth. You will be coaching and guiding Hello team members in their personal growth and technical skills: you will be the coaching leader who helps elevate the team without being responsible for HR tasks like absenteeism management., Lead with vision and strategy: You will provide technical leadership by defining and refining the roadmap, balancing innovation with resolving technical debt, driving the Devops culture and making key architectural decisions to ensure scalability and performance. You'll also act as a trusted sparring partner for management on technical strategy and planning.
Inspire and empower the team: You'll inspire and lead a cross-functional team of developers and designers, fostering a culture of collaboration, proactivity, and problem-solving. By guiding the team in prioritizing tasks, you'll ensure alignment with business goals and drive consistent, achievable planning within Scrum processes.
Champion scalability and efficiency: Your focus on addressing technical debt will unlock future scalability and long-term growth. At the same time, you'll build the technical roadmap and ensure that it is aligned with strategic priorities and executed with precision.
Innovate and enhance products: You'll play a key role in shaping the "Hello" app by streamlining support processes, driving product innovation, and contributing to the development of new features and modules that delight users.
Drive healthcare innovation: By collaborating with stakeholders, you'll integrate cutting-edge healthcare technologies while laying the foundation for future advancements, including wearables, clinical trials, and multi-data sources.
Deliver scalable and reliable solutions: With a focus on scalability and performance, you'll continuously improve the app's infrastructure to support its growing needs and ensure an exceptional user experience.
Are you ready to deploy technology where it truly makes an impact? Hello is the superapp already used by 10,000 healthcare professionals to make their daily community care work more enjoyable, better, and easier. With our smart availability solution, client module, and intelligent care signaling, we ensure healthcare professionals spend less time on screen work (also known as "portalitis") and can devote more attention to what really matters: personal care for their clients.
