Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business/ IT/ related field
10 years in BI/Data Warehousing (at least 4 years in technical or solution architecture roles)
3-5 years of hands-on experience in enterprise data modelling using tools such as ERwin, ER/Studio, or Power Designer
Proven experience with Databricks, PySpark, Python, SQL, and modern data platform architectures including data lakes and data warehouses
Knowledge of batch and streaming ingestion, CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Terraform, AWS CodePipeline), and integration with databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, Redshift, and Synapse
Strong hands-on background in building and optimising ETL/ELT pipelines using modern tooling and best practices
Proficiency in reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and QlikView
