Are you passionate about understanding factory operational needs, challenges, and strategic objectives? Join our team, collaborate with business partners, IT, and OT teams, and play a key role in translating sophisticated business requirements into scalable, secure, and resilient architectural designs for digital solutions, focusing on IoT, data integration, business intelligence, and automation., * You develop end-to-end solution architectures, including conceptual, logical, and physical designs, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards and industry guidelines.
- You provide mentorship factory teams on the selection, deployment, and optimization of digital technologies and solutions.
- You facilitate communication and teamwork between diverse teams, including manufacturing operations, IT, cybersecurity, and partners.
- You present sophisticated technical concepts and architectural designs clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences, gaining consensus and agreement.
- You drive innovation by finding opportunities to use new technologies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
- You support the implementation and deployment phases, ensuring that solutions are built according to architectural specifications and perform as expected within agreed timelines and budgets.
- You create and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation, including design specifications, data flow diagrams, and system integration maps.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Project management?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * You have many years of experience in IT/OT architecture, solution design, systems integration, or software development, with a strong focus on industrial environments, and several years of direct experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, or Lead Technical Architecture role.
- You have validated experience working within manufacturing, industrial automation, or operational technology (OT) environments, and understand factory floor operations, production processes, and industrial control systems.
- You have a deep understanding of Industry 4.0 technologies and digital manufacturing concepts, including automation, data analytics, IIoT, and AI/ML, and you have shown project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multi-functional teams and lead complex, global initiatives.
- You have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value
- You are a strong problem-solver and critical thinker with experience in working in a global, matrixed organization and navigating cultural differences.
- You have a Master degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.
- Willingness to travel (up to 25%) and proficiency in English and German completes your profile.
