Requirements
We're looking for a Product Owner / Product Manager with a strong background in Agile and Product-led ways of working and is looking to move into a consulting role. Someone who wants to gain experience across a wide range of retail and consumer-facing clients and be at the forefront of the field, developing and testing new Product methodologies internally as well as on client-site. A passion for coaching and bringing others 'on the journey' with them is a must.
You'll need to following skills and experience:
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments
- 3+ years as a Product Manager or Product Owner
- Ideally, some experience as a Scrum Master, Business Analyst and Agile Coach
- Relevant Agile certifications
- The ability to define high level product requirements and feature definitions
- Experience in managing and prioritising a Product Backlog
- Experience in managing the ceremonies and rhythm of the Product team (stand-ups, retros, refinement etc)
- A passion for the subject matter and a drive to stay at the forefront of the Product field
- The ability to coach and teach others the many facets of Product Management, Ownership and Agile transformation
- As comfortable working in established Agile settings as well as those transitioning to Agile
- Confident communicators and able to work as adeptly with senior stakeholders as well as project teams
- Ability to help refine and test new methodologies and take them to the client base
- Experienced in stakeholder management, building relationships and trust with clients
- Can operate under pressure and maintain confidence levels in all scenarios
- A willingness to be client facing and to travel occasionally to client sites (1-2 days per week)
- Ideally, experience in retail, eCommerce, travel, media or other B2C sectors

£60k to £80k + bonus + package. London & remote (60%)
