Job description

EVO is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Service Desk Analyst to join our IT team. This is a fantastic opportunity to provide effective IT assistance across all aspects of the business while supporting IT management. You'll gain exposure to a wide range of IT projects, systems, and technologies.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver comprehensive 1st line technical support across all Group IT systems and services within agreed SLAs.
  • Assist users with issues and changes via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Log and document incidents, changes, and requests accurately using our service management tool.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues or escalate where necessary.
  • Set up hardware and accounts for new users and manage user configurations.
  • Provide user training and create supporting documentation.
  • Participate in inventory management of software licenses, hardware, and IT assets.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer service-oriented role.
  • Experience in IT support or a related field; Service Desk Analyst or Microsoft certifications are desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft desktop operating systems, Office applications, and computer hardware.
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts and phone systems.
  • Excellent prioritisation, attention to detail, adaptability, and communication skills.
  • A professional telephone manner and empathy with users.
