Right now, we're expanding our central AI & Intelligent Automation team - the group responsible for productionising every bold AI idea across the business.
This is not a make a PoC and hope gig. This is design deploy monitor scale.
What you'll own
Turn prototypes into real-world, reliable AI systems
Build agentic workflows, enterprise ChatGPT apps & LLM-powered tools
Deploy pipelines with testing, observability & hardened security
Modernise legacy automation into intelligent, adaptive systems
Partner closely with DS, DE, Product and Ops - real ownership from day one
Use cases you'll touch:
Real-time personalisation
Player safety & risk monitoring
Customer ops & support tooling
Internal agentic workflows that actually make us faster
Requirements
- Strong Python + backend engineering chops
- Proven experience shipping AI/ML/LLM systems into production
- Deep comfort with data, pipelines, APIs and ambiguity
- Solid grounding in responsible, compliant engineering (bonus if gaming/fintech/FS)
- Curiosity for frameworks and agents that weren't on GitHub yesterday
- Cloud + MLOps + vector search + RAG = all welcome.
