Job description

  • Proactively checking network performance and ensure system availability and reliability
  • Provide technical support as needed to maintain network operation objective
  • Assist departments across the organization in understanding and implementing network solutions in ways that are cost effective and align with business objectives
  • Provide expert level knowledge for all network security related tools included but not limited to firewalls, IPS, ACLs
  • Works closely with other network engineers and cross-functional teams, review, execute technical designs and provide technical direction
  • Evaluate, define and develop new and existing reference standards and their adoption, to successfully on-board services with speed, quality and efficiency
  • Participate in an on-call (24x7) support rotation with other members of the Network Operation Center
  • Develop written procedures, engineering drawings, and other technical documentation Your Profile

Requirements

  • A degree in Computer Engineering or a similar field of studies
  • 2+ years hands on experience in supporting enterprise level networks
  • Experience in implementing, administering, and troubleshooting network infrastructure devices, including: firewalls, routers, switches, and load balancers
  • Experience in routing protocols such as EIGRP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS
  • Experience in firewall technologies such as Forcepoint, Cisco, PaloAlto
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills - Experience working with Wireshark
  • Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills, including the proven ability to adapt to a dynamic project environment and manage multiple projects
  • Fluency in English
