Tasks

• Lead the Software Testing Team, promoting technical excellence.
• Define and maintain Test Strategy to meet quality standards.
• Plan and coordinate testing activities across multiple projects., * Define and maintain Test Strategy in compliance with relevant norms and align with external assessors
• Ensure test activities and documentation meet quality and regulatory requirements
• Plan and coordinate testing activities across multiple projects, ensuring timely completion
• Collaborate closely with system engineering, development and safety experts
• Drive improvements in processes, test automation and tools
• Mentor team members and promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement

• University degree in Computer Science or related field required.
• Proven leadership experience as a project manager is essential.
• Strong background in software testing for embedded systems., * University degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field
• Proven leadership experience as line or project manager
• Strong background in planning, estimation and resource management
• Experience in software testing or system validation for embedded systems, ideally in safety-critical environments
• Knowledge of defining test strategies and documenting test activities and results
• Familiarity with regulated environments; understanding of EN 50128, EN 50716 or IEC 61508 is a plus
