- Provide remote support in German and English to users.
- Act as a bridge between end-users and technical teams for solutions., * Receiving, analyzing, and resolving IT disruptions, questions, and change requests (by phone & in writing)
- Remote support in German and English
- Classification and forwarding of tickets to 2nd level support
- Interface between end user and technology - you translate needs clearly and solution-oriented
- Responsibility for high User Happiness and a consistently positive service experience, * In-house Champions Academy

Requirements
- Completed IT training or equivalent experience required.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft client operating systems and Office.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for technology., * Completed training in computer science or equivalent professional experience
- Good knowledge of common Microsoft client operating systems and MS Office
- Confident handling of IT systems and joy in technology
- Empathy, patience, and strong communication skills in direct contact with users
- Experience in healthcare is an advantage
- Team player who lives and wants to further develop service excellence
