Join us as Team Lead Infrastructure (f/m/d) and take full ownership of our infrastructure platform. You'll lead a skilled team, collaborate across departments, and ensure stability, agility, and continuous improvement of our systems.

  • Lead and develop a cross-functional infrastructure team covering networking, load balancing, security, virtualization, and platform operations.

  • Ensure the stability, scalability, and agility of system infrastructure through strategic planning and operational excellence.

  • Drive infrastructure projects, support architectural decisions, and promote automation and standardization.

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders including DevOps, software engineering, product management, and compliance.

  • Represent your team in change and risk management processes and foster continuous improvement through RCA and coaching.

Requirements

  • A degree in Computer Science or a related technical field - or equivalent practical experience.
  • Several years of experience in network architecture, virtualization, system engineering, IT security, or automation.
  • Strong knowledge of BGP, OSPF, VLAN/VXLAN, MPLS, firewalls, VPNs, and load balancing (L4/L7, TLS offloading).
  • Expertise in virtualization (KVM, KubeVirt), distributed storage (Ceph, ZFS, Longhorn), and automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, CI/CD).
  • Familiarity with monitoring and logging stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki), and experience in RCA and architecture alignment across teams.
