Job description

- Design and optimize Python 3.11 / FastAPI / asyncio-based APIs and microservices powering our SDK and TTS engine.
- Integrate and scale audio-video components (WebRTC, WebSockets) to maintain latency below 300 ms.
- Implement secure and scalable architectures in AWS EKS + Fargate, using IaC (Terraform) and CI/CD (GitHub Actions).
- Ensure observability with Prometheus/Grafana and maintain defined SLOs.
- Collaborate with the MERN and DevOps teams for efficient continuous deployments.
- Mentor junior team members and participate in code reviews with a focus on best practices.
Requirements
5+ years of experience building production-grade backends with Python.
Expertise in concurrency and high-performance systems (asyncio, multiprocessing, profiling).
Professional English proficiency and time zone overlap within CET ± 2 hours.
Experience with audio/video streaming or TTS.
Work with LLMs, PyTorch, Transformers, or ONNX Runtime.
Knowledge of Rust or Go for high-performance paths.
Experience leading end-to-end features in fast-paced environments.

Interview (40 min)
Technical Deep-Dive (90 min) - Pairing with the CTO, * 5+ years of experience building production-grade backends with Python.
