Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Agile Coach to support our Customer Service Release Train. The ideal candidate will bring a strong agile mindset, excellent facilitation skills, and the ability to empower teams toward high performance., * 5+ years of Scrum Master experience

Strong focus on Customer Service environments and release trains
Proven experience applying Scrum principles
Expertise with JIRA for managing Scrum processes
Previous experience working in global organizations
Excellent communication and facilitation skills
Coaching mindset to support team self-organization
Strong conflict resolution abilities and skill in removing impediments
Experience with SAP environments (e.g., SAP migration, SAP integrations) is highly valuable for this project
