Job description
As Data Project Manager, you will oversee the delivery of complex, multi-country data projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical strategy. You will manage a growing pipeline of projects, challenge timelines, and present progress confidently to senior leadership., * Project Leadership: Manage end-to-end execution of data projects across Reporting & Analytics, Data Governance & MDM, and App Integration.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and executive leadership.
- Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, and manage scope, timelines, and budgets.
- Risk Management: Identify risks, create mitigation strategies, and ensure project continuity.
- Governance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with data governance policies and provide clear, regular updates to leadership.
- Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams to ensure strategic alignment and efficient delivery.
Requirements

Experience: 8-10+ years in project management, with a strong focus on data modernization, analytics, and governance.

Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with modern data platforms and tools (, Azure, Databricks, Power BI, Data Lakes, Data Vault).

AI Awareness: Understanding of AI/ML and Generative AI concepts to manage related projects (no coding required).

Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum Master preferred.

Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage large-scale, multi-country projects.

Communication: Impeccable English (written and spoken) for presenting to C-level executives.

Problem Solving: Analytical mindset with proactive risk and issue management. Preferred Qualifications
