Product Designer UX UI B2B

As the Product Designer you'll shape how users interact with the platform through both the user interface and conversation, helping to define the tone, flow and clarity of AI-driven chatbot experiences including writing conversational flows (system prompts, messages and fallbacks).

Working with existing design systems you'll own and evolve the UI, design new features and iterate improvements using Figma ensuring usability and consistency whilst collaborating closely with developers to ensure technical feasibility and smooth delivery.

You'll conduct user research to understand pain points and partner with Product Managers to define and prioritise user problems before designing solutions., There's a remote first policy so you can work from home on a fulltime basis with the caveat that you'll meet up with the team in London once a month (expenses paid); there's also flexible working hours (with a 10am stand-up).

• You have strong B2B SaaS design experience
• You have expertise with Figma and the capability to deliver high quality, production ready designs
• You have strong collaboration skills and are comfortable working across the full product design lifecycle
• You have an interest in AI, automation and conversational design
• You are degree educated in a relevant discipline
