Job description

technical consulting services to clients on IAM, focusing on CyberArk or Omada IAM solutions. Requirements Gathering: Engage with clients to understand their IAM needs, conduct assessments, and define clear and actionable project requirements. Solution Design & Integration: Design, configure, and integrate CyberArk or Omada solutions tailored to the client's security policies and infrastructure. Customization & Optimization: Customize IAM solutions based on client specifications, ensuring optimal performance and seamless user experiences. Training & Knowledge Transfer: Provide training sessions and documentation to client teams on using IAM solutions effectively. Security Best Practices: Ensure the implementation of IAM solutions adheres to security best practices and compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, ISO27001). Project Management: Support project delivery, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating resources to meet project deadlines and milestones. Ongoing Support &

Requirements

Troubleshooting: Offer post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and optimization of IAM systems to ensure long-term success. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including security, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to align IAM solutions with organizational goals. Skills & Experience: Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in IAM consulting or implementation roles. Experience with CyberArk or Omada IAM solutions is mandatory. Strong knowledge of IAM concepts such as Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Single Sign-On (SSO), and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). Technical Skills: Deep expertise in CyberArk or Omada, including implementation, configuration, and administration. Familiarity with integration of IAM solutions into existing enterprise environments. Knowledge of security protocols (LDAP, SAML, OAuth, etc.) and directory services (Active Directory, Azure AD). Experience with identity management and access control frameworks. Language Skills: Fluent in German (both written and spoken) is a must, as the role involves direct client communication and documentation in German. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and client-facing skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
