BoP Manager

• Monitor and manage project costs to ensure expenditures align with the budget. Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost-control measures
• Ensure project execution complies with contractual conditions during Civil Works and Site Readiness phases
• Collaborate with site management to develop detailed project plans, including schedules and resource allocation
• Ensure each site is equipped with the necessary personnel, equipment, and materials to meet project objectives
• Track project progress across sites, compile reports, and communicate updates to stakeholders
• Support BOP Supervisors in resolving construction issues or delays
• Ensure all site activities comply with safety, quality, and environmental regulations
• Facilitate communication between sites and other departments during Civil Works and Site Readiness phases

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field; equivalent work experience may be considered
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in managing construction projects, preferably in the wind energy, renewable energy, or construction sectors
• Strong ability to monitor and manage project budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement cost-control measures effectively
• Proficiency in developing comprehensive project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and risk management
• Excellent problem-solving abilities to address construction challenges and delays promptly
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective reporting and coordination with stakeholders at all levels
• In-depth understanding of wind energy construction processes, equipment, and industry regulations
• Familiarity with project management software (e.g. MS Project, Primavera) and cost management tools
• Fluency in English (minimum B2 - C1 Level); additional language skills (Spanish, German) are an advantage
• A valid driver's license recognized in Germany is required for this position
