Job description
Mission As a Director of UX/UI Design Analytics within the Global team, you will be accountable for the designs and experience shared by the whole group globally. You will drive delivery of mobile-first omnichannel accessible designs, mentor and guide multiple teams of UX and UI Designers located in different programs and brands, and assure consistency and quality on all their designs. You will also lead a team of tag management experts and a team of analytics experts who are in charge of tagging, measuring, and analyzing customer experiences as well as improving conversion. Responsibilities 1. Allocate design resources into the different programs responding to their needs. 2. Set best-in-class standards and provide constant and consistent feedback to the teams. 3. Work closely with the country design teams and align standards and expectations. 4. Ensure high design quality and provide strong UX and visual direction. 5. ahead of trends in user experience design, industry trends, tools, and methodologies to propose and implement innovative design solutions. 7. Champion and share design expertise to evangelize UX and build a strong design culture. 8. Build relationships with partners and balance team needs with the wider organization. 9. Lead the teams fostering an environment of collaboration, inspiration, and professional growth. To be successful in the role you might have: 1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in design leadership, leading large teams of designers with different levels of seniority. 2. Experience in mobile-first omnichannel projects (web responsive and native mobile applications) and in e-commerce. 3. Strong experience of adapting to change and thriving in highly ambiguous situations. 4. Ability to balance process, technology, and creativity to meet complex problems. 5. Excellent attention to detail. 6. Dynamic creative personality effective at engaging
