Job description
- Define and lead the technical architecture of the new website on AEM.
- Design scalable and modular AEM solutions following Adobe and industry best practices.
- Provide guidance on content architecture, component design, workflows, OSGi bundles, integrations, and deployment patterns.
- Collaborate closely with project leadership, UX teams, and developers.
- Support migration strategies from legacy systems to AEM.
- Mentor developers and ensure code quality and architectural consistency.
- Contribute to DevOps alignment, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment strategies.
Requirements
? Free language courses: Learn German and Spanish or enhance your English skills, * 5+ years of experience with Adobe Experience Manager (preferably AEM as a Cloud Service).
- Strong expertise in: OSGi, Sling models, JCR / Oak, AEM Components (Core Components & custom development), Dispatcher configurations, AEM workflows and permissions
- Strong background in Java and architectural patterns.
- Experience designing RESTful integrations, APIs, and microservices.
- Familiarity with headless CMS capabilities (Content Fragments, GraphQL).
- DevOps understanding: Git, Maven, Cloud Manager, CI/CD.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Edge Delivery Services (EDS).
- Frontend familiarity (React, Angular, TypeScript).
- Experience in regulated or enterprise environments (insurance, banking, telecom).
