We're seeking an experienced SAP FICO IT Analyst to lead and execute critical analysis, design, configuration, development, testing, and support for SAP solutions that power the Global Finance function., * Lead business process reviews to gather and analyze business outcomes and functional requirements.

• Translate complex functional requirements into functional and technical design specifications, and lead design reviews.
• Configure, develop, and unit test SAP system elements.
• Define and document reusable test cases and create necessary test data.
• Collaborate closely with global functional and technical teams to ensure seamless integration and operational support.
• Provide ongoing application support and troubleshoot complex issues.

• Degree in Information Technology, Financial Accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of IT experience supporting financial systems.
• Solid expertise in SAP FI/CO modules (with a strong focus on product costing), and integration with MM, PP, PM, and SD modules.
• Proven experience in manufacturing, particularly within engineered products or the paper industry.
• Hands-on knowledge of SAP ABAP (including user exits, customer modifications, ABAP query).
• Strong understanding of the system development life cycle and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Fluent in German and English.
