Data Solution Architect

Lead the design and delivery of modern data platform architectures for a variety of clients

• Translate business needs into actionable technical roadmaps and data solutions
• Guide clients in adopting best practices for data governance, security, and scalability
• Oversee implementation across cloud environments like Azure or AWS
• Collaborate with data engineers, scientists, and stakeholders to ensure solutions are aligned and deliver measurable impact
• Stay ahead of emerging trends and assess how they can enhance our clients data capabilities
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship, both within Xomnia and at client sites

5+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or related roles

• Proven track record designing and implementing cloud-based data solutions
• Strong knowledge of data modelling, ETL/ELT processes, and data warehousing concepts
• Hands-on experience with one or more cloud platforms (Azure or AWS)
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with modern data tools (Databricks, Snowflake, Synapse, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills and a consulting mindset: the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience guiding client teams and driving technical decision-making
• Fluent in English and Dutch
• A drive to learn, improve, and share knowledge - both internally and with the broader tech community
