- Take a hands-on approach to design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications.
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code that meets project requirements.
- Provide technical leadership through code reviews, mentoring, and enforcing coding standards.
- Lead project planning and estimation, ensuring timely delivery and efficient execution.

Requirements
- Strong experience in C# .NET (Framework & Core) and SQL/MySQL, building web services.
- Expertise in enterprise-level single-page applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JS frameworks
- Demonstrable Leadership experience (coaching and mentoring developers)
- Knowledge and understanding of software architecture
- Knowledge of ES standards and TypeScript (beneficial).
- Solid understanding of OOP principles and design patterns.
- Experience with message brokers and NoSQL (advantageous).
- Familiarity with WinForms/WPF (useful).
- Background in Agile environments with TDD or similar quality-focused approaches.
