Job description
- Provide a high level of technical support to a broad range of clients
- Act as the first point of contact on the help desk for clients
- Carry out installation tasks including setting up PCs, routers, printers and AV equipment
- Work towards both individual and team KPIs
- Escalate service requests to senior engineers where necessary
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 years' experience in an IT support role where you are used to working with users of all levels, providing a high level of technical and customer service at all times., * Minimum of 1 years' experience in a technical support role
- Understanding of basic network fundamentals, including LAN, DNS and DHCP
- Active Directory / Azure / Office365 experience
- Experienced providing a high level of customer service to clients
- Keen and genuine enthusiasm for IT outside of work
