Job description

  • Provide a high level of technical support to a broad range of clients
  • Act as the first point of contact on the help desk for clients
  • Carry out installation tasks including setting up PCs, routers, printers and AV equipment
  • Work towards both individual and team KPIs
  • Escalate service requests to senior engineers where necessary

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 years' experience in an IT support role where you are used to working with users of all levels, providing a high level of technical and customer service at all times., * Minimum of 1 years' experience in a technical support role

  • Understanding of basic network fundamentals, including LAN, DNS and DHCP
  • Active Directory / Azure / Office365 experience
  • Experienced providing a high level of customer service to clients
  • Keen and genuine enthusiasm for IT outside of work

You will be working with an experienced team of Engineers whilst providing a high level of support to broad range of clients, enhancing and developing your technical knowledge within the role.
