1st Line Engineer

You'll be joining a high-energy, highly skilled technical team, supporting a wide range of clients and technologies while getting hands-on exposure to Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, virtualisation and modern cloud tools. We're working with one of Portsmouth's most forward-thinking MSPs, known for developing young engineers into fully-fledged 2nd Line, 3rd Line, Infrastructure, Cloud & Cyber specialists. They're now looking for a driven 1st Line Engineer who's hungry to learn, eager to grow, and ready to take their IT career to the next level., * 1 year MSP experience OR a completed MSP apprenticeship (ideal)

• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 & Active Directory
• Basic understanding of networking - DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls
• Confident troubleshooting hardware, software, and cloud systems
• Motivated, hardworking, and eager to grow into 2nd Line roles

• £26,000 - £28,000 Salary
