Salesforce Solutions Engineer | Asset Management | London (4 days in office, 1 remote) | £100k - £120k

I'm partnering with one of the world's top 5 global asset managers who are aiming to double in value by 2031.

They're looking for a Salesforce Solutions Engineer to join their IT team as they replatform their CRM into Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC). You'll be based in London and driving innovations cross their European and Asian markets.

You'll work closely with US counterparts to design and deliver global solutions, oversee scrum teams, and manage product backlogs. This position is focused on solution design, architecture, and strategic leadership.

• Strong background in solution engineering within financial services or asset management (highly desirable).
• Experience with Salesforce FSC, CRM replatforming, and enterprise architecture.
• Ability to operate in complex, global environments and deliver strategic outcomes.

• Salary up to £110k
• 40% bonus
• 15% pension
• 28 days annual leave (not including bank holidays)
• Work from anywhere in the world up to 6 weeks a year
• WFH Fridays
