Cisco networks

Manage network infrastructure ensuring high availability, including routers, switches, firewalls, and other associated network equipment.
Develop and enforce policies for network administration, security protocols, and troubleshooting procedures.
Collaborate with other department leaders to assess near and long-term network capacity needs and network performance management.
Ensure disaster recovery and data backup systems are in place and tested regularly.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior network staff.

Proven experience as a Network Engineer or Network Manager in complex environments.
Strong understanding of network infrastructure and hardware.
Excellent ability to implement, administer, and troubleshoot network devices including routers, switches, and firewalls.
In-depth knowledge of network protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, QoS, BGP, and OSPF.
Advanced knowledge in deploying and maintaining Wireless Infrastructure.
Certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or higher is highly desirable.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with thorough attention to detail.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
