AI/ML Developer

Job Description:

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for an AI/ML developer to join our UniQue team.

What will you be doing in this role?

• Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI/ML solutions in operational environments.
• Implement NLP, LLM, and classic data science projects using Python.
• Optimize and maintain AI/ML models for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable AI solutions.
• Develop and maintain documentation for models, processes, and data pipelines.
• Defend and explain AI implementations and design choices confidently in technical discussions.

Requirements:

What will you be bringing to the team?

• Master degree in IT or related field and 9 years of professional experience in IT.
• Strong Python programming skills with hands-on AI/ML experience.
• Proven experience in building operational AI solutions from data ingestion to deployment.
• Hands-on experience with Machine Learning, NLP and LLMs.
• Knowledge of classic data science techniques: regression, classification, clustering, feature engineering.
• Ability to demonstrate practical AI projects in past roles or portfolios.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to deliver quick wins with AI solutions.
• Fluent in English, at least at a level B2.
