Job description
As Product Owner You are the bridge between business and IT. You translate complex business questions into concrete, valuable IT solutions and combine project management with business analysis to realize projects in a structured and efficient way.

- You are the point of contact for both business stakeholders and the IT team.
- You translate complex business questions into clear, achievable solutions.
- You ensure that developers understand why certain functionalities are important and how they contribute to business goals. You actively guide them in translating these objectives into their daily work.
- Project Management - structure and results
- You will prepare project plans, monitor deadlines and coordinate all parties involved.
- You manage budget and resources and transparently communicate progress and risks.
- You organize consultation moments and ensure that expectations are aligned.
- You will help establish a structured, planned way of working within the development team.
- You ensure that end-user documentation is always up-to-date with each release.
- Business Analysis - insight and translation
- You will identify processes and application needs of the internal customer.
- You translate these needs into clear requirements and user stories.
- You prioritize the product backlog with stakeholders.
- You validate solutions and support testing and acceptance.

Requirements
You have experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst or similar role in an IT environment. Knowledge of financial processes and applications in accounting or finance is a plus. Experience with agile working methods such as Scrum is a plus. But what really counts is your drive to create value and impact.
